Services

Our website provides teaching services, which include:

One-on-one teaching sessions & online format
Learning resources

All services are described accurately on the website, but we reserve the right to make changes to scheduling, fees, or availability.

Booking & Payments

Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments or PayPal.
Session bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.
Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the policy below.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full Refund: Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled class to receive a full refund.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable, as spots are reserved for you.
No-Shows: If you do not attend the class without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule your class up to 12 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Student Responsibilities

Students and guardians agree to:

Provide accurate information about learning needs and abilities
Participate actively in sessions
Respect tutors and follow guidelines for online learning

Intellectual Property

All learning materials, lesson plans, and content provided by tutors remain the property of the tutoring service.
Students may not copy, distribute, or share materials without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or tutoring services.
While we strive to provide accurate and effective lessons, results are not guaranteed.
